ROARS ORIGINALより「LIGHT WALLET / ライトウォレット」のご紹介です。
デザインはとてもシンプルです。
大きさは横15cm×縦9cmのコンパクトなサイズ感のウォレットです。
欠点と言えば、お札が折りたたまないと上手く収まらないというところです。
僕もお札を折る事に初めは抵抗があったのですが、気が付いたら慣れていました。
慣れにも個人差はあると思うので苦手そうな方は注文の際にはご注意下さい。
ロアーズオリジナルでは今まで何種類かウォレットのデザインをして来ましたが創業当時からあるこのウォレットが今も人気があり継続しています。
きっと大きさとシンプルさのバランスが良いのだと思います。
小さ過ぎず大き過ぎずカバンに入れてもポケットへの収まりも良く、とても気に入っています。
内装もシンプルです。小銭入れ、お札、カードが入ります。
最近では現金をあまり持ち歩かない人も増えて来ているので、カードを入れる事をメインの財布と考えても丁度良いサイズ感です。
チェーンが付けられる金具が付いています。この金具にチェーンではなく、カギなどを一緒に付けているお客様もいらっしゃいます。とても便利だと教えてくれました。
素材は「LIGHT RIDERS JACKET / ライトライダースジャケット」で使用している牛革です。
カラーはブラック・ブルーグリーン・マスタードの３色を用意しております。
一般のスムースレザーと比べ、ライトウォレットのレザーは張りと光沢が特徴です。
使い込むほど良い味が出てきます。財布は長く使用する方が多いと思うので使う程にレザーの雰囲気が良くなったら嬉しいですね。
使い込んだ画像は僕の私物です。５〜６年使用したマスタードのライトウォレットです。
二度程大雨に当たりレザーもずぶ濡れになりましたが乾かしてオイルを入れて現在に至ります。ずぶ濡れのお陰なのか（笑）とても恰好良い色になりました。
財布がお洒落な人は素敵ですね〜。

Material
Crafted from the same cowhide leather used in the LIGHT RIDERS JACKET.
This leather is firmer and glossier than standard smooth leather, with a dense texture that ages beautifully with use.
Over time, the leather becomes more supple and gains a unique, lived-in character.
Colors
Available in three colors: Black, Blue-Green, and Mustard.
Each offers a distinct tone, with Mustard developing particularly deep character over time.
Features
A metal loop is attached for a wallet chain.
Some users also attach keys or small tools to this loop, making it a convenient feature beyond just aesthetics.

Aging & Patina
Leather used for wallets is expected to last for years.
With proper care, the material gains a deeper richness―especially after exposure to daily wear.
In one case, a wallet that had been used for over five years and exposed to heavy rain twice, then dried and oiled, took on a remarkable, even more attractive finish.
