ロアーズオリジナルから「RIP STOP PUNCHING MESH SINGLE JACKET /リップストップパンチングメッシュシングルジャケット」の御紹介です。
ロアーズオリジナルが製作した夏に涼しい自画自賛のリップストップパンチングメッシュ生地は現在、アウターやパンツなど夏のアイテムを展開しています。
毎度恐縮ですがリップストップパンチングメッシュ生地を今一度説明させてください。
まずはリップストップです。
リップストップという生地の名前を知っている方も多いと思います。
こちらは硬く撚った糸を格子状に使い強度を持たせた生地です。ミリタリーのアイテムによく使われる生地です。
夏のバイクには薄くて強度のある生地は嬉しいです。
そしてパンチングメッシュ。
パンチングメッシュとは生地に無数の穴を空ける加工です。
パンチングメッシュ加工する事により風をビュンビュン通す、とても涼しい生地になりました。
ちなみに布の生地にパンチングメッシュ加工する方法はまだ世界でも珍しい日本製の加工技術です。
強度と涼しさを兼ね揃えているなんて夏のバイカーにとって理想的な生地です。
デザインはシングルライダースジャケットのような軽快さがあります。
使い易いフロントジップなのでバイクに乗っていない時は前を開けてカジュアルに
着て頂けます。
高めの衿も特徴です。高めの衿は前側より後ろ側が高くなっています。
真夏の日光から首を守る仕様になっています。
生地の素材はポリエステルです。
裏地はクールマックスのメッシュ生地を使っています。
表地・裏地ダブルでメッシュなので冷え過ぎにご注意ください。
本当に涼しいので気温20度以下ではお勧めは出来ません。
山などにツーリングに行かれる際は出来ればコンパクトになるアウターを持参頂けると安心です。
肘、肩、背中、胸のプロテクターが装着可能です。
ロアーズオリジナルで使用しているメッシュプロテクターは軽くて通気性が良く
弾力性があります。
Mサイズ＋プロテクターフルセットで約500mlのペットボトル一本分です。めちゃ軽いです！
真夏のバイクは乗っているだけで体力が消耗しますので軽いウェアがお勧めです。
洗濯は可能です。プロテクターは外して頂き乾燥機は避けて自然乾燥でお願いします。自然乾燥で洗濯した場合は生地の縮みはありません。
カラーはブラックとディープグリーン（深緑）です。
ブラックは夏は熱を吸収しやすい色でもありますが結局気になる存在です。
深緑は落ち着いたお洒落な色です。デニムにも相性が良いです。
真夏のバイクにはメッシュ生地が良い事はバイク経験者なら納得して頂けると思います。しかしメッシュのアウターにはなかなか着たくなる服がありませんでした。
こうなったら自分達で作るしかない！という思いで制作しました。

Introducing the "RIP STOP PUNCHING MESH SINGLE JACKET" from Roars Original.
Ripstop is a fabric made using tightly twisted threads in a grid pattern for added strength. It's a fabric commonly used in military items.
For summer motorcycle riding, a thin yet strong fabric is ideal.
Perforated mesh is a process where countless holes are punched into the fabric.
This perforated mesh process makes the fabric breathable and cool.
Incidentally, the method of applying perforated mesh to fabric is a rare Japanese processing technique.
Combining strength and coolness, it's an ideal fabric for summer bikers.
The design has a light and breezy feel, similar to a single rider's jacket.
The easy-to-use front zipper allows you to wear it casually with the front open when not riding a motorcycle.
The fabric material is polyester.
The lining uses Coolmax mesh fabric.
Since both the outer and inner layers are mesh, please be careful not to get too cold.
It's really cool, so we don't recommend it for temperatures below 20 degrees Celsius.
When going on a motorcycle tour in the mountains, it's best to bring a compact outer layer if possible.
Elbow, shoulder, back, and chest protectors can be attached.
The mesh protectors used in Roars Original products are lightweight, breathable, and elastic.
A size M jacket with a full protector set weighs about the same as a 500ml plastic bottle. It's very light.
Riding a motorcycle in the middle of summer is physically exhausting, so lightweight clothing is recommended.
It is washable. Please remove the protectors and avoid using a dryer; air dry instead. The fabric will not shrink if washed and air dried.
The colors are black and deep green.
Black absorbs heat easily in the summer, but it's still a noticeable color.
Deep green is a calm and stylish color. It goes well with denim.
Experienced motorcyclists will agree that mesh fabric is ideal for riding in the middle of summer. However, we couldn't find any mesh outerwear that we really wanted to wear.
So we decided we had to make it ourselves!
