夏にとても機能的で涼しいパンツを作りました！
まずは長くなってしまった名前の意味を説明させてください。
生地はリップストップです。
この生地の名前を知っている方も多いかも知れません。こちらは格子状に硬く撚った糸を使い強度を持たせた生地です。ミリタリーのアイテムによく使われる生地です。
夏に薄くて強度のある生地は嬉しいです。
そしてパンチングメッシュ。
そうです、パンチングメッシュとは無数に空いている小さい穴の事です。
パンチングメッシュ加工する事によりビュンビュン風を通す、か・な・り・涼しい生地になりました。
この生地はオリジナルで作りました。
強度の高いリップストップ生地なのにパンチングメッシュなんて夏の理想的な生地です。
そのリップストップパンチングメッシュの生地でサイドに大きなポケットのカーゴパンツを作りました。
大きなポケットにはグローブや帽子など沢山入り機能的です。アウターを着ない夏にとても便利なポケットです。
夏のモータサイクルはもちろんですが、涼しくて機能的なパンツなので普段着にも是非、活用頂きたいです。
生地の厚みは薄手です。
ふくらはぎや股部分、バイクのシートに座るヒップの部分にはパンチングメッシュではない通常（穴の開いていない）の生地を使って補強しています。
生地が薄手なのでエンジンの熱い大型バイクには対策にならない可能性があります。
ご了承ください。
膝のプロテクターは購入時に有無をお選び頂けます。
ロアーズオリジナルではメッシュ素材のプロテクターを使用しています。軽くて弾力性があり競技用として作られているプロテクターです。
プロテクター無しでお選び頂いてもプロテクターを入れられる袋が膝についています。膝の袋は縦が約21㎝横17㎝です。お持ちのプロテクターのサイズが合えば使用も可能かと思われます。
素材はポリエステル100％です。
やはりパンチングメッシュのパンツを履く時期は夏になるでしょう。
ここ数年の夏の熱さや日差しは尋常ではありませんので生地の痛みが早いです。
よって、夏の紫外線に強いポリエステルにしました。
ここで疑問が浮かびます。
パンチングメッシュの生地って透けないのですか？
たしかにそのままだと透けます。特にパンツは透けると嫌ですね。
そこで裏地を付けました、夏用なので裏地にはクールマックスのメッシュを使っています。
裏地を付ける事で透けないし、むしろ涼しくなりました。
カラーはブラック・モスグリーン・ホワイトの３色です。
ブラックはパンチングメッシュの穴もディテールも目立ちにくく、真っ黒です。
モスグリーンは表地と補強の生地の色味を変えツートンカラーのような雰囲気でとても面白いです。
ホワイト・・・いいですね～、今年の夏は白いパンツに挑戦してみませんか？
洗濯も可能です。乾燥機は避けて頂き自然乾燥でお願いします。
自分で言うのも何ですが、なかなか興味深いパンツを作ってしまいました。
まずパンチングメッシュのパンツってどんな履き心地だろう？って思いませんか？
こんなストリート感のあるデザインであればパンチングメッシュのパンツも悪くないのでは・・なんて思っています。
これは近い将来パンチングメッシュのパンツは〇ニクロで売られるくらいの夏の定番になるかも知れません（笑）。

Introducing the RIPSTOP PUNCHING MESH CARGO PANTS ― a lightweight and highly functional pant designed for the heat of summer.
Combining original punching mesh with military-grade ripstop fabric, this model offers breathability, durability, and street-style practicality in one piece.
With large utility pockets and thoughtful reinforcements, it is equally suitable for motorcycling and daily wear.
Fabric and Functional Design
The pants are made from ripstop fabric, known for its grid-like woven reinforcement that prevents tearing. Originally used in military garments, ripstop fabric is lightweight yet strong ― ideal for warm-weather riding.
To enhance airflow, the fabric is processed with punching mesh ― thousands of small perforations that allow wind to pass through with ease. Despite being fully ventilated, the material maintains structural integrity. This unique punching mesh ripstop fabric was specially developed in collaboration with a processing partner. The result: a summer-ready fabric that is both durable and exceptionally breathable.
To address this, the interior is fully lined with COOLMAX® mesh, a summer-performance material that provides visual coverage while enhancing airflow.
Design
This model is styled as a cargo pant, featuring large side pockets for gloves, caps, or daily essentials.
It is especially convenient in summer, when outer layers are often avoided.
With a clean, urban silhouette and a functional layout, the pants transition easily between motorcycle use and casual streetwear.
Material and Care
Made from 100% polyester, the pants are UV-resistant and highly durable ― well-suited for harsh summer conditions.
Polyester performs better than cotton in resisting fading and heat damage from sunlight.
Machine washable. Please avoid tumble drying ― air drying is recommended.
Color Options
Available in Black, Moss Green, and White.
Black: A clean solid tone that conceals mesh holes and details well.
Moss Green: Two-tone contrast between the mesh and reinforcement panels, adding depth and visual interest.
White: Fresh and bold ― why not try white pants this summer?
Protector Options
Knee protector pockets are built in.
At the time of purchase, you can choose whether or not to include protectors.
ROARS ORIGINAL uses lightweight, flexible mesh protectors developed for athletic use.
Even if you select the no-protector option, the insert pockets remain.
Pocket size: approx. 21cm (vertical) × 17cm (horizontal) ― compatible with most standard-sized protectors.
